3. Website delivery and server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, the requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, HTTP status code and transferred data volume.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain system stability and security, and detect or prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, functional and reliable operation of the website.

5. Domain, DNS and email services
We use services provided by One.com Group AB, Carlsgatan 3, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden, for domain management, DNS and the business email address. Technically necessary connection, sender, recipient and message data may be processed in connection with DNS requests and email communication. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the availability of the domain and communication services, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract. 6. Contact by email and contact form
When you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other contact details you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. For contractual or pre-contractual matters, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The contact form on the imprint and support pages does not transmit form data to a Kamilunavo web server. Your entries are used locally in your browser to prepare an email to contact@kamilunavo.com in your email application. Data is processed by us only if you then send that prepared email, in which case the rules for normal email communication described above apply.
7. Language preference in your browser
The homepage is displayed in English by default. A language selected by you may be stored under the keykamilunavo-language-v2in your browser's local storage. The setting contains only the value “de” or “en”, is not used for analytics or advertising, and is not transmitted to us. You can remove the setting at any time by deleting the relevant browser data.
Storage is technically necessary to provide your expressly selected language on future visits and is therefore permitted under Section 25(2)(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) without separate consent. To the extent that processing of personal data cannot be fully excluded, it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a user-friendly and consistent presentation of the website.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Kamilunavo currently does not use its own analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Apart from the technically necessary language preference, no optional information is currently stored on or read from your device for analytics or advertising purposes. Therefore, no consent banner is currently used.
If the website's functionality changes, this policy will be updated and any legally required consent will be obtained before the relevant storage or processing takes place.
9. External links
This website contains links to external services, including product dashboards, Discord and other platforms. A connection to the relevant provider is established only when you open such a link. The respective provider is responsible for the processing of data on its service.
10. Retention periods

Security and server logs are deleted when their technical purpose no longer applies. Email correspondence is deleted after the enquiry has been completed unless contractual or legal reasons require longer retention.
